SenSura Mio has an elastic barrier that fits your individual body shape and follows your contours when you bend and stretch. With SenSura Mio 1-piece drainable, the elastic adhesive is permanently fixed to the pouch. To change the pouch, the whole appliance is removed and replaced at once.

Mio 1-piece drainable is available in a broad range of flat baseplates consisting of various pre-cut or hole sizes which can be customized, with pouches in a variety of sizes available in transparent or neutral grey, or even with inspection window.

Textile Material: Soft and comfortable against the skin, it looks more like clothing than a medical device.

How to Use SenSura Mio Cut-To-Fit One-Piece MIDI Drainable Pouch With Filter:

Prepare the Skin: Ensure the skin around your stoma is clean, dry, and free of any oils or lotions. This helps the adhesive stick better.
Measure the Stoma: Use the SenSura Mio measuring guide to measure your stoma accurately. This ensures the opening in the pouch fits snugly around your stoma.
Cut the Baseplate: Cut the baseplate to match the size of your stoma measurement. Be precise to ensure a secure fit.
Remove the Release Paper: Peel away the release paper from the adhesive side of the baseplate.
Apply the Baseplate: Place the baseplate over your stoma, pressing down firmly to ensure a secure seal. Smooth out any wrinkles or bubbles.
Attach the Pouch: Snap the pouch onto the baseplate, ensuring it is securely attached.
Empty the Pouch: When the pouch is about one-third to one-half full, empty it by opening the Velcro closure at the bottom. Empty the contents into the toilet and reseal the closure.
Check the Filter: Ensure the filter is not blocked. You can cover the filter with a sticker or waterproof tape before showering and remove it afterward to keep it clean.
