Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Saturday) after the order is placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping – 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping – 2-3 business days

  • Express Shipping – 1-2 business days

Shipping charges are based on order weight and delivery location, and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Expedited: 2-3 business days

  • Express: 1-2 business days

 Note: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.


4. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

  • Duties, taxes, or customs charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or directly via the courier’s website.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing the order.

  • MedBuddies is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

  • If you notice an error after placing the order, contact us immediately to update the address before dispatch.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of your shipping confirmation.

  • If you receive a damaged product, retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately for return or replacement assistance.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted international regions due to shipping constraints.

  • Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific regions due to legal or logistic limitations.
